I don't remember my password


You can request your password to be reset by clicking on Forgot your Password located in the upper right corner of netTrekker login screen.

You may then change your reset password in your personal profile. To access your profile, and make changes to it, click on "Profile" in the "My Tools" box at the right of any page. Create a new password in the Password field. Repeat your new password in the Confirm Password field for verification. Instructions on how to Edit Your Profile can be found in netTrekker Help.
