netTrekker Honored as EdNET Impact Award Winner
Leading educational search tool recognized for helping teachers use digital resources to personalize learning for millions of students for over 10 years

Cincinnati — May 27, 2010 — netTrekker, the leading educational search tool for K-12 schools, was selected as the winner of the 2010 EdNET Impact Award, which honors organizations that have made a positive impact on the education community through innovation and education excellence in their products and services. MDR, the leading provider of marketing information and services for the U.S. education market, announced the winners of the EdNET awards in a virtual awards ceremony last week.

The EdNET Impact Award recognizes organizations that have made the most significant, positive impact on education through quality educational support and instructional resources. Judges in the Impact Award competition select a winner that has provided a benefit to education for a significant period of time, effectively advocated or implemented quality educational practices that have resulted in improved student learning, made a deep impact nationally or internationally exhibiting benefits to a diverse array of students, among other judging criteria.

Judges for the EdNET Impact Award noted: "netTrekker is a strong innovative company that continues to grow and has a positive impact on the educator community. That many educators recognize the name of the company is a tribute to the effectiveness of their products and their impact in the education community. Their work in partnership with customers is commendable."

netTrekker enables educators to easily and safely connect to thousands of high-quality, standards-aligned digital resources and personalized learning tools to support students' unique educational needs. All netTrekker resources are hand-selected by expert educators to keep every search safe, focused and relevant, and the content spans the entire school curriculum.

During his acceptance speech at the awards ceremony, Randy Wilhelm, CEO of netTrekker, stated: "When netTrekker began 10 years ago, one of the first events I attended was the EdNET Conference. At the time, I could only hope that netTrekker would eventually be recognized for such a significant, positive impact on education. We are honored and humbled to receive this award, and we thank our wonderful customers for their continued support."
